On June 22nd, the Twisted Masquerade Event is returning to Dead by Daylight. While everyone loves a good old-fashioned bash, the anticipation is an undeniable part of the experience. Enter the Before the Masquerade, a mini-Event that’s certain to get you good and hyped for the festivities ahead.
If you’re reading this, you’re keen on learning more about everything the Before the Masquerade Event has to offer. Don’t worry – we have you covered with all the details, but you’ll have to provide your own Masks. There is a dress code, after all.
When: May 23rd to June 22nd
The Before the Masquerade will be divided into three weeks, with each one focused on a different era of Dead by Daylight history. The first week will feature boosted Maps from the first two years of Dead by Daylight, a Bloodhunt, and daily login rewards.

The second week will focus on Dead by Daylight’s second and third years, with boosted Maps and a Fragment Frenzy mini event, which provides double Rift Fragments. In case you weren’t aware, it’s during this period that the Archives officially launched. Not only that, but there will also be more daily login rewards to claim.

Finally, the third and final part of Before the Masquerade will focus on Dead by Daylight’s most recent era, with Maps released during that period, voting for a Community Choice Event, and double XP all week long. And oh yes – there will be daily login rewards.

On June 13th, 11 AM ET the winning Community Choice Event will take place until June 22nd, 11 AM ET. In addition to the daily login currency giveaways, we’ll also be giving away the following previously released Anniversary Event Outfits:

From June 13th until June 22nd, log onto Dead by Daylight to claim one individual piece of each Outfit per day. Don’t miss out, as you’ll want to make sure your Outfits are complete!
